	Hi/Low speed control - this governs the maximum speed that the grip throttle will let you go.  So you have two means of controlling your speed: one with the throttle itself, and secondly with this control.  One side is the tortuse, and the other side is the hare.  Can you guess which one is fast and which slow.  Good!  You have passed your test of competency to drive the Scoot-E!
