One of the last of the Currie's Chain Driven scooters.  While the new Direct Drive (and the Nu Vinci Drive coming soon) gives the scooters reduced maintenance and increased efficiency, the Direct Drive loses considerable torque. 

IF YOU HAVE HILLS THIS CHAIN DRIVE SCOOTER WILL HAVE THE TORQUE TO CLIMB that the Direct Drive does not.
